Completely cutting out meat is already a difficult thing to do, just imagine letting go of dairy such as delicious cheese and sour cream, two of my absolute favorites. And don't forget eggs! However, I'm not at that step yet. We're taking it one step at a time. The discontinuance of eating meat is actually easier than it seems. You may feel as if you can't live without meat, but trust me it's possible. Their is a substitute for every meat, literally every single meat. Theirs faux ground beef, chicken, and even seafood. Most meat substitutes are actually soy protein or tofu. That may sound pretty unsatisfying, however it's delicious! You can also make foods you would recognize as meat but are actually completely meat free. (Stay tuned for a recipe of my delicious veggie burgers!) You won't even be able to tell the difference. A recently go to favorite product I absolutely love is Gardein. Gardein is a product line of meat-free food. Some of their products are also gluten free, which just makes it even more beneficial. I have tried their mandarin chicken, chicken sliders, ground beef, meatballs, fish fillets, beef tenderloins, and their barbeque wings. Yes again, all those products I mentioned are MEAT-FREE and so delicious! They price at Publix for around $5! You can't beat that. A regular bag of boneless breasted chicken is around $7.99. You make the call and give it a go!  ;)
